Costs

By signing a service level agreement, you pay a fixed amount per month for unlimited number of call outs.
This implies that Hambisana need to ensure a fully stable working network to achieve an economy of scale.
By standarding your infrastructure and loading our monitoring application, we actively monitor and maintain your network.

Remote Support and telefonic support also forms a key component of our service. Over 90% of all problems can be resolved remotely. This cuts down on the time to reach a user and problems are resolved much faster.

SLA Cost Calculation:
Our standard SLA is calculated using our hourly rate of R450 and by asuming every user will need one hour and each server 2 hours per month to be supported. So if you have a small 20 user network, the cost for this network will be R450 * 20 + R450 x 2 = R9 900.

Some conditions will allow negotions on the monthly cost, these include:

  • The age of the infrastucture
  • The type of infrastructure that needs to be supported
  • The type of business operations; ie. if only basic applications are used, the level of support might be less intense.
